Keep it short and sweet. Tell a funny or endearing story about the two of you growing up. But I think for all wedding speeches, short and sweet is best. It is hard to ask strangers to help you with this, as we don’t know you or her.

It doesn’t need to be long, and most people won’t remember it anyway.
Say something about how you’re gaining a brother, and how you’re excited to include him in your adventures that you’ve had with your sister since you were kids.
Or say something about what your sister brings to the marriage. Does she run track? Equate that to going the distance in a marriage. Is she an artist? Say how she creatively solves everything.
